Derrick spent 20 years in the gaming industry as a concept artist, designer, and engineering art director — building entire 3D worlds from scratch for some of the biggest studios in the business. After two decades of making sure every pixel, every angle, every detail was right, he has a trained eye that catches what most people miss.
When the industry shifted, he brought that same visual expertise to Upperbound. He's the one who looks at your systems, your pages, and your customer touchpoints and knows immediately when something doesn't look quite right — and exactly how to fix it.
Before launching Upperbound, Juliet spent years in business banking and mortgage lending — sitting across the table from local business owners every single day. She saw the same pattern over and over: great businesses losing customers they'd already earned. Leads going cold. Follow-ups falling through the cracks.
She spent three years — nights, weekends, between closings — learning everything she could about AI and automation until she had something that actually worked. Now she builds the systems that bring your customers back.
